I couldn’t make an appointment on line, because solvhealth had a security question as Michael and wanted me to put his birthday. I don’t know who he is. I had to call. Then they said there was only 11:45 time. I got there early and 5 people were ahead of me. You take walk in and I really didn’t have an appointment. I waited over 2 hours before I saw the doctor. Very poor service. The staff was great and so was the doctor. Don’t know if I will be back. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

My ears were plugged and the lady that got the wax build up out did a good job.  She told me her name but I have forgotten it.  Yes I would recommend it.

Been feeling awful over the weekend. Woke up Monday morning still sick and my boss wanted me tested for COVID. Googled testing and found NextCare, had an appointment within minutes and was able to be seen that morning. Long wait in the care room but everyone was really nice

Called for appt and was quick and smooth. Showed up for appt and was right on time going to see the nurse practioner. Teah was very upbeat, encouraging, friendly, and professiomal. Discussed the problem I was having and the solution. She explained the procedure and told me each step what to expect. She explainec thoroughly what I needed to do for caring. She deserves a pay raise as it is the best interaction I've ever had and I have had a lot over the years. The receptionist also deserves a pay raise. She was very upbeat, encouraging, and efficient. Urgent Care needs to really keep these folks as they are hard to come. I will utilize Urgent Care again if I need medical because of these two folks.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment no problem. Everyone was nice. However, even with an appointment scheduled my wait time was over an hour. In addition it took a full 24 hours before my prescription was sent to the pharmacy.

I had a 5 o clock appointment, was there for two hours waiting to be seen and when the doctor came in it was for literally 60 seconds. Doctor was very rude and came in huffing and puffing after I sat and waited for two hours. Front desk was super nice though, cannot say the same about anything else.

I don’t understand the point of an appointment if you wait for a hour to be brought back to a room. Then you wait for another hour after the initial nurse sees you before the doctor sees you. I was there a total of 3 hours because they had to do another test and saw other patients before coming back to me. I will not go back here again.
