Very friendly and great service. A very calming and quiet waiting area.

I was happy with everything except a mix up with them sending the prescription to the wrong pharmacy.

Staff and Dr were friendly and professional! Scheduled appointment. They were super busy, did their best to get all patients seen. Took 1 hour after appointment time to be seen.

Waited for 2 hrs in the waiting room then were in the room for an hour for two test. The room was clean but there was a quarter in the chair from someone prior so you could tell they didn't fully clean the whole room. It was very slow and we were not impressed and didn't really find anything out.

Sore throat for 4days and they gave me the option of coming in that day without an appt but stated there might be a wait so I was able to get in 1st thing the next day. Check-in was fast. The staff was so kind, respectful and friendly. The care was wonderful. Asked permission 1st before doing any tests and explained each thing they did. Got my sore throat figured out and feeling much better today!

They offer appointments, however the wait is still ridiculous. They let walk-ins be seen before the appointments. Not being seen for 2 hours after an appointment is crazy.  Need more providers to make things move quicker.  1 NP and 1 nurse is not good for a place that does urgent care. Especially they are always busy.

I was given the incorrect diagnosis at another clinic, so I am glad they were able to help me here. I feel way better after taking the medication I was prescribed. I am very happy I went here! I am typically anxious going into the doctor office and they made me feel welcome and comfortable. I appreciate the help and friendly interaction.

Booked my appointment late in the morning for same day. X-rays were taken and read. A new recovery plan was started before leaving. All new medications were sent to my pharmacy of choice. Everyone was helpful and polite.

Russel the LPN was so rude, didn’t seem very educated, and overall just had a really bad experience with him. He didn’t knock on the door or introduce himself when he walked in, just came in and said what are you here for. Again, he was very rude and made the experience very unpleasant. While he said my X-ray didn’t show a broken bone, he didn’t seem very confident in that diagnosis and the X-ray was done so poorly that I’m not even sure that the X-ray gave an accurate picture.  Additionally, I’ve gotten many X-rays in my life and the X-ray given at this appointment was an absolute joke. The person giving the X-ray didn’t seem to know what she was doing and I was given nothing to cover up the radiation from an X-ray. Even when I asked about wearing a vest for protection like you do in a normal X-ray, I was told that I didn’t need it. It was just sit in this chair and I’ll take the X-ray behind this wall. I have no confidence that the X-ray I was given at this appointment was accurate in any way due to how poorly it was done.  Overall, very disappointed with my experience and will be warning others to stay away from this provider. I would never recommend this provider to anyone.

We had to wait an hour even with an appointment. Doctor walked out of the room before all my questions were answered. Didn't seem to care about my child.
