Used to be my go to urgent care but lately, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I was going to give them another try today (NOT COVID RELATED), but the secretary transfered me to a lady that did not give her name and hung up on me when I asked her a question. At least there are now other facilities that have opened in the last 10 years so you don't have to go to this place and be abused.

I must say, all staff at the Gretna location are the nicest, most attentive and professional people I've ever had the pleasure to come across. The Covid19 has complicated the entire process yet these ladies handle all the obstacles with a smile on their faces. Not to mention within 3 hours of leaving, I was feeling much better. There shots did the trick. Thank you. If you're ever in need of medical attention, get to The Urgent Care. 5 star rating. I only wish I could give more. You guys deserve 10 stars!

This place is a joke. Told me I probably had blockage and might not live to see another day. My blood sugar was 238 did nothing and charged me 198.00 DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONIES THAT NURSE PRAT. SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS FIELD
