Not happy with the service I received. In take nurse was nice. Dr. came stated my will go to BHU in an hour waiting his blood work. We stayed in E.R. all night. My husband who has demintia, was there to be admitted in BHU. Director of Nurse of BHU didn't want him there. After a certain facility told her what happened. I was told they didn't have a room. Which was a lie. We wasn't offered any food, nothing to drink. I didn't know who his nurse was. That morning I went to the nurse station told the nurse we have been there all night. My hasn't had his medication nor any food. Also what was taking so long for my husband to get a room. They told me they were waiting for a room to open in BHU in Longview. We live in Pittsburg. Thank you nurse Cindy, who was sitting in house monitoring another patient. I hope when someone else come in to go BHU, D.O.N. Will let them be admitted. ER staff really ducks.
