Was there for an 8:15 am appt. I was taken right in and looked at immediately. Great staff, everything was wonderful. I have gone to other urgent cares before and have had horrible experiences so I was very reluctant to go. Will definitely use this location again. EMT Adam was great as well as PA Lauren.

This was my first visit to any Urgent Care facility and I was very impressed by the whole experience. The young lady I first encountered was very nice, helpful and professional. The Dr. who treated me was more of the same with a very nice personality. I will definitely be going back when needed.

I walked in and within 10 minutes I was in a room. Dr walked in within 10 mins checked me out. I was dehydrated so they started fluids on me immediately and drew blood to try and get to the root of the problem Told me they needed to do a ct scan on me but had to send me to another location to do that bc they don’t have the machine there and wanted to run a few more blood test on me. They got me where I wasn’t so week and called the location they were sending me to and gave me results of what had been done there and told me how to get to the other location. The other location was the rock hill location. They there was also great but found it strange I didn’t see a dr there but the dr that was treating me at valley park location called me and gave me results and told me what I needed to do and out the door I went. It was a lot shorter for sure than going to the Er but I didn’t think from the time I got to the first location was 6:30 pm and I was home by 10 which took about 40 min to get home. So I was pleasantly pleased with everything. I saw dr Dan and he was great.

This was my first TOAC, and the best urgent-care experience I've ever had! I had barely any wait time, and the staff was friendly and happy. They took great care of me! I give the Valley Park location an A+ and 10 stars, lol!

I had been fighting a cold for a week but was quickly getting worse. The staff was friendly. Was seen in a very timely manner with xrays and meds given. The time between worked up by paramedic and then seeing doctor was very short. Definitely will use them again if needed.

I tripped and hit my fourth toe and it would not stop bleeding. It was a badly severed and had an open gash. The staff immediately took me in. I was in the beginning stages of signing up for work insurance and they helped me navigate the options. The toe required 7 stiches and Dr. Strange and team were amazing and did an exceptional job. They really went above and beyond. I was super impressed. I hope I don't need urgent care, but If I do, I know right where I'll be going.
