This facility is amazing! The online check-in is wonderful. I have never been to a facility where the staff has gone so above & beyond to assist me, not to mention the fact that every one of the staff members are so friendly, helpful and just downright pleasant. People are generally nervous when going to the doctor/Urgent Care, your staff make you comforyable!!! Definately 5+ stars from me. Hats off to all the amazing staff at TAUC ❤❤❤

The receptionist was cheerful and got me back right away. I had to get an X-ray which was also done right away. All my questions were answered and I was on my way. Everyone I came in contact with made me smile

I am a business traveler and booked an appointment online 20 minutes before my arrival. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and filled out a little paperwork and was seen right away. Everyone in the location was kind and responsive. I was in and out faster than the time it took me to get my prescription at Walgreens. They have cash pay option for those without insurance or high deductible insurance. This is the best urgent care I have experienced while traveling.

I booked my appointment on line so had practically no wait time. The staff, beginning with the receptionist was very helpful, offered to fill out my paper work because I was having an issue with my hand and couldn't write. Next, the doctors that took care of me were very helpful, thorough and I felt caring about my issue. If needed, I would go again and would recommend the service to others.

I was feeling very miserable yesterday since I had coughed all night the night before. I did not have the energy to drive all the way to my primary care physicians office. I was so thankful to have a place that I could go that was close to home. I was able to get in almost immediately. I love the fact that they had everything there on site that was needed to diagnose, treat and even supply my medicines for me without going somewhere else. When you are really feeling terrible it is such a blessing to get everything done under one roof. Then you can go straight home with the medicines you need and start feeling better as soon as possible. The staff is so professional and caring and knowledgeable. I was waited on immediately when I got there. Everyone was very professional. It was an excellent experience. I would surely refer others.

I have new insurance and have not established with a doctor yet. A situation came up and I thought I'd try this establishment since they were so good with my mom. I got in and out quickly and got some meds, which are helping. Very efficient and very nice staff.

Went to them twice recently with a bad case of bronchitis. They were aggressive with their treatment and prescriptions and you could tell they genuinely care. Starting to feel better now, all my family and friends will continue to refer to TAUC, the best health care professionals.
