They literally saved my baby's life. We thought she had strep or a virus as she was refusing to drink from her bottle but it turned out she had swallowed a clear piece of tape/ sticker which was obscuring her airway at times and almost invisible until looking far into throat for the strep test. Wouldn't have been seen on x-ray and too far down to see just looking in her mouth. We are so grateful for the doctor's attention and all the little miracles that allowed this horrible event to end happily. We wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer others.

Ive been to this location a couple of times. I’m always treated immediately and shown to a room. Everyone is professional and nice. I’m always in and out in no time. They have a large staff of doctors and nurses to take care of you quickly. I left there with everything I needed. No stopping at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. The main thing that stands out to me about Total Access is they treat you like a person. At big doctor offices you are treated like one of many people that they are trying to squeeze into a busy office schedule. I always feel like there is a big disconnect at those type of offices between staff and patients, but that’s not how Total Access makes you feel. That’s why I keep going back.

This is my second time visiting this location. From the pleasant greeting of the receptionist, the professional staff physician, EMT and the xray technician...spot on amazing!! The facility was clean and exam rooms are spotless! Lab work and xray done in an orderly and professional manner as well. Great experience again!! ❤❤

My daughter recommended TAUC, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The facility was extremely clean which I so appreciated. Every staff member I met was so nice and very compassionate. The diagnosis was quick and all of my questions were answered. And getting the medication prescribed on the spot was unbelievable - such a time-saver for me! Everyone from the receptionist, the tech, the NP and the xray tech were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received better care than at my family doctor.

This was our 2nd visit to this Total Access Urgent Care location. We are from out-of-state and the Missouri cold, damp weather causes respiratory issues for my husband. He was quickly given an X-Ray and was diagnosed with pneumonia. How helpful to be able to get the prescribed medication on site! The staff was caring, friendly, professional, and thorough. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was seen in very little time even though there were many patients. The doctor and tech were thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this Urgent Care location.
