I went in to get checked for neck/shoulder damage from a car accident earlier that week. The staff was very friendly, and promptly got me in to get looked at. The doctors were very thorough. I will definitely return in the future, should the need arise.

From my phone call just before arriving to my departure, the entire staff was professional, personable, thorough and thoughtful. Even though I was feeling awful, they provided an environment of comfort. Each individual performed their job to the highest level. They offered to process my prescription right there and then - no second stop on the way home. I was in and out in an efficient manner with no details left untouched. To be fair, I may have been their only patient at that time of day. The Mid Rivers Mall Drive location is very convenient. I hope I don't need to, but if I do, I'll be back here!
