I was made to wait hours. I finally left and sought care at a competitor. This location totally sucks.

They make u buy their own pain meds. They won't call it in or go give u perscriptions . 5 day supply for pain. Need more pain meds .Another Visit & Copay required. Takes forever to get through. Their Doctors are not to bright. They prescribeed med I was Allergic to. I crushed MY Sternum . POOR ADVICE. FROM DOCTORS. THIS PLACE IS A RIPPOFF. COVER ON Examination bed O dark dirt spot where somebody had been sitting on it in the middle and using it. Blood spatter on sheet cover also. Years ago a picked up a flesh eating parasite off their bed. YOU get put you in room. And let u wait hours. Billing is a mystery . They lie about billing.

I went in first thing this morning and was feeling dreadful. All of the staff was extremely friendly, gentle, and caring. It was definitely the best urgent care I have been to.

This was my first visit to TAUC and first visit to this location. I was in and out within an hour which is very reasonable. The facility was very clean and the entire staff was very professional. I will definitely visit this location again.

I went for a typical ear ache for this visit. I’ve been for more serious things in the past. I’ve also taken my son there to get staples put in his head. Every time the staff has been amazing. They are so warm and friendly and I believe they really care. I wish I had my primary physician there or that it was a possibility. I prefer urgent care to my regular doctor office. Hands down the best care. I would recommend this place to anyone, and have in fact done that. Now all my friends and family go. Word is spreading! Thanks TAUC!

I have had about 5 or 6 visits at this location for my 11 year old son and myself. I absolutely LOVE this place!!! How many people can say they "love" a medical facility?!

I came in with a head injury, bleeding and needed staples in my head. I was attended to very professionally, and they paid attention to things like my blood pressure and whether or not I needed my head imaged. I left feeling confident about my treatment so I could go home, rest and heal. Thank you to the staff!!!

My experience was very pleasant due to the courteous, efficient and knowledgeable staff.

I needed a doctor 1,000 miles from home and was very fortunate that total Access Urgent Care was nearby. I expected to need a dreaded emergency room visit to get the necessary testing, but TAUC was able to do the CTScan right there, right away. Just a super experience all way around.

Had a wonderful experience so grateful to this place! My doctor is super hard to get in with but everyone at Total Access is amazing. I get just as good care here as I do at my doctors office and they are often way more convient. Super happy with my experience.
