What patients are saying...

First, I typically don’t go to this location. I was experiencing sinus infection symptoms that overlapped with Covid symptoms. My usual location was out of Covid tests - they were super helpful and put me in line at the Sunset Hills location. When I arrived, there were 4 patients ahead of me, and the estimated wait time was 30 mins. I waited in my car an hour and a half and then waited in the exam room an additional 30 mins before anyone came in to help me. I also heard lots of laughing and flirting by the staff outside of the room. I also felt my nurse practitioner did not listen to my symptoms. In my paper work she noted that “I denied having a fever” when I told her I had a 102 degree fever earlier in the day. Not the best experience ... I understand these are difficult times, and they are probably much busier than usual. I just wasn’t feeling great and did not want to spend 3 hours there.

Every one is very kind, caring and professional. I was checked in immediately, taken to a room and the PA was in to see me before I could complete the paperwork. They were very good about explaining everything. Ultimately, they recommended that I be evaluated in ER since I needed a higher level of care. The staff made sure that I had safe transportation and called ahead to give report. Reassuring hugs were free. I highly recommend this facility for absolutely great care.

I prefer to go here versus my own Doctor who I can never get in to see. This place has helped me and my husband a few times. We probably won't be going back to our regular physician unless we need medicine refills. Top notch place with top notch doctors and staff. I tried to get in to my primary doctor and the next appointment he had was 3 days away from when I needed him. I went to Total Access and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I probably would have been dead waiting for my own doctor. If you don't try this place you're really missing out on some great doctors and staff. Very happy with my visits.

second time at this location and even better this go around. no wait, immediately took me back and someone was in within one minute to get vitals and do a throat culture. Within 10 minutes received diagnosis and on site prescription and went home. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I have been impressed with these two visits as well as a couple in Rock Hill.

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Lowry was exceedingly nice, concerned, and professional. Couldn't be more pleased with my visit. Quick in & out.
