Very disappointed in my last visit. When I’m for an earache. Diagnosed with shingles. Went to an ent specialist who told me I did not have shingles. Paid $45 for a prescription that I didn’t need. The Dr who treated me is a medical director here and misdiagnosed me. Spending 4 minutes with a patient is unacceptable. I talked to at least 5 people to try to get the money back for a prescription that I didn’t not even take and they would not refund it or take responsibility for wrongly diagnosing me. The pharmaceutical push is real. Will not return here.

I was examined a by Nurse Practitioner and briefly seen by an D.O. and sold medicine for condition. My illness was misdiagnosed resulting in three days of suffering followed by a second visit and a recommendation to visit the ER for I.V. treatment (I did not go to ER but took prescribed medicine they sold me). I paid for these visits and medicine by AMEX and I was never informed that they could continue to bill my card as they feel appropriate. I contacted TAUC and was told, " $99 just gets you in the door." I would not recommend anyone use this facility. I believe I have been charged twice for substandard care. They could have easily told me, " $99 just gets you in the door" when I arrived instead of sneaking an additional charge on my card later. The fees for my first visit should be credited to my account since, as I believe , they made a blatant misdiagnosis.

Seriously the best care ever. My son and I went at 7:30 and they were supposed to close at 8:00. His case was more complicated than we thought it would be and ended up needing a CT scan among several other things and kept us informed every step of the way. Long story short, at almost 10:00pm they consulted with another dr. and decided to send us to the ER to be safe. That was the absolute best move. The hospital admitted him and the situation was serious. The dr. at TAUC followed up and the whole experience was just so much better because of the awesome care. I’ve been there before for myself and have had nothing but top notch care.

It doesn't change when they are busy or not busy the staff is happy what a difference that makes when you are sick or scared! Can't say enough about this location!
