There always great!!!

Total Medical Care deserves more than five stars. I have always been extremely pleased and thankful for their whole team. My two kids and I have been patients at their clinic since 2010. In my review, I’m going to mention a handful of employees who stand out from their highly profound organization. Greg is one of the medical assistants and I have had the opportunity to witness his excellent work ethic for years. He is proficient in everything that he handles while showing compassion for the patients. Joanne has amazing intuition after examining my daughter’s knee, she immediately had an x-ray done at the office and ordered a referral to an Orthopedic surgeon. Due to Joanne’s quick reaction to my daughter’s knee, she got the surgery she needed for her rare condition which is called Discoid Meniscus. After surgery, she got to return back to doing what she loves which is Martial Arts and she is stronger than ever before. Rochelle is wonderful at understanding and taking all your concerns into consideration. She took her time to talk to me and ask all the necessary questions. Once I explained my situation, she ordered all the lab work needed for my health and peace of mind. There’s so many more great experiences I can share but the ones I mentioned in this review have been life changing. This next person I am going to mention is at the top of my list for her customer care. She has improved both of my children’s health. My children have been seeing her for the last year twice a week. The Allergist Xochitl goes above and beyond during each visit. She is a hard worker and I appreciate all the knowledge she shares. At first I said no to the immunotherapy because I was nervous. But after having many informative conversations with Xochitl, I knew she was someone I could fully trust. Xochitl is one of the most motivated, professional, and driven person I have ever come across. She truly puts her heart into her work. My son hasn’t had any asthma issues for the last six months which is a miracle because it was a struggle he was dealing with consistently. I am so grateful for how committed Xochitl is in helping and improving her clients overall health. I also want to give a big shout out to a well-known talented Dr. Ahmad Qasimyar for putting together a sensational team. Every aspect of your team is flawless. The front desk is always actively doing tasks promptly to ensure every visit is completed smoothly while multitasking phone calls and paper work.

They were my primary for 4 years. Today I was lied to, screamed at and treated like my condition didn't matter by a provider named Lisa. No matter what I said didn't matter. She never even bothered to look at my records/ chart to understand me as a patient. I've never been treated so horrifically by a medical professional in my life. My patient rights were violated and I will be making a complaint against her to the medical board.
