What patients are saying...

1.0

The quality of care I had at the time was good and staff was friendly and I feel I was treated well, what led to my 1 star is the fact that 5 years after having strep throat, having paid my bill in office, after my insurance paid for my visit at the time of visit, this location had the audacity, in the throws of a global pandemic, to report to my credit out of PAs legal statute of limitations. I did everything "right", I had insurance, I paid my bill, I contacted the office directly, contacted medical records, and my credit report. I've also contacted legal services to have this removed. The problem is where I was lucky and my medical needs were met on this day, so many others are not, this urgent care facility exists to help people avoid emergency room care and huge bills. This is why people do not trust the health care system.
