This was the first time visiting this clinic. The staff was exceptional. Their care and understanding provided me with exactly what I needed. I wiuld recommend them to my family and friends knowing tgey would receive the care necessary.♥️

Scheduling was easy, I got there and there were patients that came after me that was being called to the back, and I was very unhappy with the treatment, I left before I was seen by the doctor.

Easy to schedule, but that is the only benefit of this clinic. There is a reason for so many open appointment times. Took them over 48 hours to get the results of a basic lab culture back, and my appointment shows up on the app as “canceled” so I now have to worry about whether insurance will pay for the services they provided incompetently.

Went for Covid check in because I have asthma. Doc was very helpful and empathetic

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

There’s no X-Ray machine!! Can’t check in online, even though there’s the option. Wait over two hours with an appointment. Staff said I’m on the list to be seen and not skipped over.. yet MANY people were coming and going.  Only got seen by the doctor due to saying I’m going to walk out. Doctor was rude at first and kept giving mean looks. Was told I’d have to go elsewhere for X-ray but could be seen that day and just call.. nope. Call the X-ray place, voicemail and only open weekdays

My appointment was at 9AM and was told to arrive 15 minutes early. I was there at 8:45 and had to stand outside on the street until someone until someone came running down the street to unlock the door. If you are asked to be there early, the waiting room should be available.

I needed to get my DOT physical asap It was done in a timely manner

This was the only urgent care in my area with availability on a weekday late-afternoon. The wait time was less than I anticipated (1 hour). The staff were friendly and patient. Dr Olson was amazing; she was knowledgeable and very kind. Although it was near closing time not once did I feel rushed or treated as if I was a burden.  I received exceptional care and would definitely recommend this provider.
