What patients are saying...

This facility is so filthy. It is the medical office version of a slumlord apartment building. All of the furniture has staining and/or damage. There are stains and smears of who knows what on many surfaces. The entire time I kept thinking about the probability I pick up an infection from being in a medical environment where hygiene is not a priority. The PA I saw was timid and unsure of her own diagnostic skills. She asked me to validate her diagnosis...uhh, I didn't go to medical school nor even PA school. I'm paying you to know and apply medical knowledge! To top everything off, the specimen collected somehow ended up not being analyzed/tested, and no one could explain why. What a total waste. Unless you're actively bleeding out and need someone to apply pressure until real, professional doctors are available, don't go to this place.

The location is very ideal for me because it’s close to where I live. I was a walk in client, and considering that I didn’t have a scheduled appointment with them, the staff did their best to get me in as quickly as possible. Took about a 45 mins wait before I was called back. Front desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She asked for drivers license and health insurance card. One concern I had was that I didn’t get them back from her, but instead I got it back from the nurse assistant that later assisted me. I feel like they should have let me know that was their process so that clients don’t accidentally forget to get their cards back. Nurse practitioner that assisted me was thorough with asking questions and responding to them. They did a good job of addressing my situation in a timely manner. To my knowledge, I did not get charged while I was there, but the bill probably will be coming through the mail.

Appointment was at 12. I didn’t get into the room until 12:35. They said it would take 15 minutes for my tests to run I ended up leaving at 1:15. I arrived at 11:45. You do the math but that’s unacceptable.

U the lady at front desk is Hispanic. I am not but my wife is and I speak spanish. As the receptionist came back to me with my drivers lic. And insurance card I heard her say in Spanish...."your next" to the Hispanic lady who came in after me. she had blood drawn as a follow up. There was person another customer who came in well after me yet was seen before me. I don't appreciate her beings seen before me...there are common courtesies. That should be respected. I was not
