I made an appointment and was kept waiting 35 minutes alone in the exam room. Terri Strobel ordered me to have a test performed. Two weeks later and she never called me with the results. I sent 2 emails and spoke with a staff member in the Middlebrook Road location asking her to call me - she never did. Another time she told me to schedule a different test; called and set up the appointment with someone at TruHealth Now's dysfunctional call center in INDIA. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told the test cannot be performed at TruHealth Now but needed to be performed with a Specialist. Ever since Preet Takhar took over TruHealth Now with its calls always routed to INDIA, it has become TOTALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR LONG TIME PATIENTS OF MEDICAL ACCESS ITS PREDECESSOR.

Dr. Olena Ivanova and her staff are truly incredible providers in the Germantown area. You can count on her to be thorough, consistent, and proactive in exploring treatment and care options for all her patients. I have never trusted a provider more in my life. Words truly cannot express how much she has positively impacted the healthcare community. I am grateful to have her on my team.

Unable to receive a return call with my test results more than a week later, in spite of sending two emails and speaking with an employee at Middlebrook RD. office LAST WEEK. Totally dysfunctional office and all call center employees in India. I had to wait 35 minutes in the exam room beyond scheduled appointment time. Service has gotten progressively worse since Preet Takhar took over.

they told me they lost my urine sample which would seem funny to me at most times but not this time.people nerd to focus.also it seems u tell the nurse or the check on person ur meds and ur pain everythong only to have to repeat it all over again to the dr..turns ouf my pee cip was right where i left it in the men room so that mishap delayed my visit buy about 15 min which was really dumb i felt

Good Urgent Card Facility. Once in the treatment room, I wax treated quickly and professionally. X-rays revealed two broken bones in my foot! Grateful I was sent to a specialist for treatment on the same day.

I don't know who they are, never heard of them. They just keep filling my inbox up with emails. Wish they would just go away.

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

Medical Access has been extremely convenient and accessible. My primary care office is still double charging, once for a Telehealth visit and again to be seen in the office which is making it twice as difficult to get an appt and any customer service.

Staff were wonderful.
