TrueCare has stumbled since it split off from Cannon. For awhile they seemed to get things together and there in store service is good. Their delivery service has gotten worse and worse. They routinely make mistakes. They only deliver to Charlotte from Monday to Friday but several times TrueCare has made a mistake on Friday which resulted on us not getting our medicine until Monday. This last time they messed up delivering an antibiotic by not contacting us by the cut off time to verify our details even though I'd given them that information at 7am that morning. My husband is very sick and can't wait for his antibiotics. I won't lie I am and was angry at them. Especially when they put the blame on me saying I should have called in because they aren't always caught up on text and messages via their app. So if they aren't reliable why isn't there's warning on them or why have them at all? It's beyond frustrating. Honestly we will probably end up changing pharmacies. If they ever admitted making mistakes and actually made an effort to correct them it would be one thing but they don't.
