Checked in waited over 30 minutes asked the front desk staff when we were going to be seen she stated ‘we have you checked in, and we’re just waiting for rooms to clear up.’ Waited another 30 minutes while several other people who came in after us were being called back to be seen.

Front desk didn’t acknowledge me while waiting for several minutes with nobody in line two of them even looked at me. I went and sat down and after 20 -30 minutes they asked what my name was. The nurse and doctor were exceptional.

I booked an office visit within minutes. Arrived at the office, checked in and was called back. Staff was friendly, courteous and kind. They took great care of us, listened fully to us explain the symptoms. They explained what they thought, gave us a plan and we were ready to go. It is so nice to have a quick option to receive care in town.

We had an excellent experience with TRUC. My son was suspected of having strep throat and I was able to schedule an appointment online and complete all paperwork there. It made checking in a breeze with no wait time. Samantha the MA was excellent with my son and very kind, thorough, and respectful. Nadia the PA was very to the point, ordered the rest right away, and upon finding it was positive, ordered abx. Overall highly recommend this UC, especially that everything was so easy beforehand online!
