Went in for a rapid test. Was not rapid at all and took 24 hours to receive my results. During this time, I couldn’t go to work without proof of a negative test. Would not waste my time here again if you need a quick test. Would not recommend to anyone.

After waiting in line for hours they administered a 24-hour COVID test and never sent any results. That sounds like incompetence and possibly theft to me.

A long wait despite making an paling ent prior to arriving. That waiting room has about 15 people in it, standing room only and some people did not wear their mask properly. My 8 year had a test and the person giving it barely said a work to her. Would try to never go back to this dirty place.

I always have very short wait times and the check-in process is straightforward. I have to go weekly for Covid testing and have never encountered any issues.

Felt uncomfortable and left. No acknowledgement of my appointment booked online. Had to replicate the same paper work manually in office. No social distancing at the site. Rude staff.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly and raw, I spoke to her twice saying good morning and she stared me in my face said to me fill this out and go sit down, after filling out my sheet I returned the pin the Latino female said can you read to me yelling that's when she pointed out to me in small letters on the can but she left the pin and did not wipe off batting her eyes I did not appreciate her unkindness at all.

I went for a rapid result covid-19 test on Friday at 12:30pm, and as of Saturday 5:00pm, I'm still waiting for the results.

If I could give negative stars I would. Scheduled an appointment for my son. Kept getting updated wait times etc. But when the waiting room was emptied. They called him to the desk. They did not have any of his information. Nothing! Then I got a notification that his appointment had been completed, and he had still not been seen.
