What patients are saying...

My visit with Randal E. Williams resulted in zero actual help. I came in because I could barely walk due to a toe infection. I was requiring an extension on my leave of absence from work for my work related injury, (as I could hardly even stand up for more than a couple minutes and my job requires doing manual labor on my feet all day) and he refused to write me a doctor's note, claiming "it would be unethical to write a doctor's note because I wasn't contagious". I mentioned this to several other nurses and doctors and they were just as suprised by the illogical behavior as I was. He swabbed and tested the infection and the results said I had a staph infection.. which ironically is highly contagious. He also gave me advice to soak my toe often to clean it, and when I went to another doctor he told me doing so was making the infection worse and pushing it farther up into my toe. Avoid this physician's assistant at all costs if you want actual help.

Im giving this review because i was seen at this fac and was treated over 2 weeks ago. Still sick and was not able to travel. I asked if I could get a dr statement that I could not fly because i was still too sick and that is the only way I could get a refund for my flight. The person I talked to on the phone was rude and told me I would have to come in and pay another 130.00 to get seen again. Ridiculous it would have taken about 5 minutes to do that, so instead I lost all my money I paid for my flight. I also asked her to email or send me the original paper work and I have yet to receive it. Will never go back and will not refer anyone.

We just had a great experience when my 7 year old needed a strep test. I called ahead and we were able to get in quickly. The wait time was minimal, but there was only one other patient at the time. The front office woman was incredibly friendly, the nurse was great with my son and the doctor was quick to see us and had a great bedside manner. We were in and out within 30 minutes.
