Well, my experience pretty much aligns with all others that wish they could give zero stars ! Was in a motorcycle crash caused by a deer smashing into front of my motorcycle on a dark back road at night. I got shipped to marlborough u mass emergency via ambulance. The absolute only care i received was from the ambulance workers who wrapped my mangled hand in bandages and put on a neck brace while enroute to ER. Once in the ER the doctors proceeded to completely ignore me for almost 2 full hours. Once i had enough of waiting in excruciating pain i told them i was just going to leave as if they were that concerned about my health i would of already had a ct scan or at bare minimum an xray of my mangled hand. I mean they didnt even attempt to clean any of my many road rash injuries , im still picking asphalt out of my wounds almost 4 days later. Once I threatened to just leave because of lack care and communication they finally unwrapped my hand and extremely aggressively xrayed my hand all while the " doctor" berated me and insulted me. Once xray was complete the doctor continued his insults at which time i just had enough and asked them for my records so i could leave. They refused to even re wrap my hand or clean it so i left with out any of my records and no bandages. Never again will I ever bring anyone in need into that sad excuse of a hospital. ** Update called thier records department to try to atleast get results of the 2 x rays they took of my mangled hand and the " treating " (for lack of a better term) physicians name so i could file a complaint. Well, they refused to give me the physician name and refused to give my records. They actually transferred my records out of Marlboro and over 20 miles away to Worcester U mass and told me i can only request my records in writing by mail and wait. The last 2 photos are of mangled hand at the present time.. Pretty sure im missing a knuckle under my ring finger. Bot to mention im still cleaning asphalt out of my road rash wounds 4 days later
