What patients are saying...

On the morning of May 28, 2024, at 10:43 a.m., I placed a call to the medical facility to request a refill for several of my prescribed medications. This request followed my visit on May 20, 2024, during which I received medical attention from Dr. Christopher Burton, D.O. However, I was disappointed by the quality of interaction with a female representative, Ms. Davis. Her response did not meet the expected standards of professionalism and empathy when addressing my inquiries. As a longstanding patient at this facility, I have consistently valued respectful and considerate interactions, and Ms. Davis' failure to exhibit courtesy during our correspondence was disheartening. As a patient, I firmly believe that representatives, particularly when dealing with returning patients, should communicate in a friendly and respectful manner, whether over the phone or in person. If I were a medical practitioner seeking a representative for my clinic and healthcare services, individuals like Ms. Davis, who evidently lack essential customer service and interpersonal skills, would not align with my criteria. In essence, Ms. Davis' demeanor during our phone interaction was perceived as discourteous and disrespectful. It is my strong conviction that the medical facility should address instances of subpar customer service to ensure that all patients receive the requisite level of care and consideration. This is paramount for the well-being of the patients and the reputation of the facility.

Dr Etebar prescribed antibiotic eyedrops with sulfa, which I am allergic to. It was in the chart because the nurse asked me about my allergies. I had to use another sick day to take care of allergic reaction and go to a different doctor.
