Well went in to get tested for Covid and to see the doctor to tell them my symptoms and get an inhaler for my asthma. I was tested and checked in less then 3 minutes. Doctor says I can go runs in to his office couple seconds later he comes out to ask me all the questions he should of ask in the room in the hallway and to prescribe me my inhaler. He says he will send my prescription to the local CVS. I go to CVS and I'm unable to get my meds my information is wrong and my insurance can not be charged. 1 hour later at CVS to find out that the doctor sent in my information wrong my first name was last, my last name was first and he put me as a male. I am clearly a female when he check my lungs I have boobs, in my chart clearly says female. If he is too scared of patients with Covid he is in the wrong field of work.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have no idea how they have the high ratings that they do. I don't have insurance right now so I was charged the $120 co-pay and I asked if there was anything I could do to lessen the charge. The woman at the front desk told me to chat with the doctor after I was done, which I did. He basically didn't answer my question and literally looked at me for 2 minutes. Now I understand that what I needed to be taken care of was minor, but $120 for 2 minutes? I called today to see if there was anything I could do, or ask when I did get insurance, could the insurance bill UMD for a lower rate. The front desk had no idea (of course) and passed me along to a doctor who proceeded to tell me, very rudely, that he had nothing to do with this and he was busy and had 20 people lined up- uh, thats your job? I explained to him calmly that I was transferred to him and I just wanted to speak to someone who could help me. I have never ever been treated so rudely. I will NEVER come back to this clinic and neither should anyone else. The staff needs to check themselves and gain a little knowledge about the process and maybe how to treat their paying patients with a little respect. You can bet I am telling anyone that is considering going there that they might as well go to a witch doctor because they would have a better experience. Oh yeah, and maybe give that doctor some vacation time because he needs to chill out hardcore.
