Uh urgent care in Middleburg hts. Went in for a huge abscess on my head. I received antibiotics and instructions to use a warm compress on it. The antibiotic course was insufficient to clear the infection. 7 days was not long enough. When I go for medical care I expect complete care, not just a cursory glance and some antibiotics. This was my 4th severe infection from an insect bite in 6 months, but the first time I sought care because it was so painful and i could not sleep. I saw the provider for less than 3 minutes and there were only 2 other people waiting. I felt dismissed, rushed, and looked down on. I did not feel "good" about my visit at all.

Jeanne at the front desk was lovely. The care I received when taken back was subpar at best. I came in for a shoulder pain. The Nurse Practitioner wouldn’t have even looked at my shoulder had I not just taken my jacket off to show her myself. She “diagnosed” me by having me move my arm and then she was done. Despite telling her about the obvious abnormality on my back and the issues I was experiencing. I then told her I was seen by a different urgent care about 2 weeks ago, who also “diagnosed” me without looking. They provided the same level of care: steroids, muscle relaxer. Despite being in pain for 3 consecutive weeks EVEN AFTER THE FIRST ROUND OF STEROIDS AND MUSCLE RELAXERS IVE ALREADY GONE THROUGH. I wasn’t listened to what so ever.

I've been waiting for almost an hour for a chest x ray.

Not favorable. I did not know if I was talking to a doctor or a nurse practitioner. It didn’t really matter, though they did not seem to care about the fact that I was aching all over bad headache, and short of breath. They did do that the COVID-19 test . Told me I would hear back on Saturday. With the results. Here it is Sunday and I have not heard anything. I wouldn’t send anybody to that urgent care.

I took my son to urgent care because he had pink eye.. And other than the wait time I had no issue. The nurse and doctor were very helpful and explained what needed to be done to clear it up

My first visit here. Wait time was minimal. Nurse and doctor were very friendly and professional. If I need urgent care again I will definitely come here.

I have always had excellent care when I come to this facility. The staff is friendly and caring.

Had to wait 25 minutes to get discharge papers and requested Dr note did not get that but waited long enough esp being sick and uncomfortable

Seen promptly. Very friendly staff!
