This was my first time visiting this location. The wait time was horrendous, many people were in the lobby complaining and some even left to go to other locations. The Dr. Was very compassionate and had good bedside manner. When I was leaving the nurse told the doctor that I was still in pain and he said “well then she can go to the ER”. Which made me a little upset.

The doctor did nothing for my fiance , fell hard at bob evans it’s very noticeable,as a nurse I know better, they gave him Advil, but gave him tortidal while there and wouldn’t give him something stronger and the nurse tried telling me what they gave him was like toridal , he’s in so much pain, my fiancé is strong , they could of done better , the nurses were rude and was buyting in while I was trying to talk to doctor, .2 of them , you always hurt worse next day and if I find out his skull is fractured or any bleeding as a fall victim he should of been keep for the night or more than a hour, I will be calling about these nurses and doctors , and reporting them as junk, I feel they should of even called to check on him , very unprerfessional , and he willl be seeing about this, he’s in so much pain it’s sickening !!!!!!!!!

I took my daughter to a UH urgent care because it was nearly impossible to contact her pediatrician, who is also a UH MD- I waited on hold for almost 45 minutes at 7:30 in the morning. With that in mind, I took my daughter to urgent care for a possible ear infection, and we waited for 2 hours before getting called back. Once we were called, we were in the room for what seemed like eternity, probably close to an hour before the dr came in. It just felt like a big waste of time, and im not happy with the Tx plan recommended for my kid. I guess I'll continue to contact her pediatrician, but it's outrageous it takes this much effort to get some antibiotics, or even just to make an appointment.

While we were there and immediately taken by ambulance to hospital, the urgency to make sure my child was treated was amazing. I felt he was made a priority as soon as we walked in and the symptoms were noticed right at check in.

Upon walking in the front desk was very rude to me and other patients. The doctor seemed unfriendly and did not treat nor diagnose my symptoms. I left with the same problem and no help. Waste of money and time.
