I was overlooked with my symptoms. I felt like the doctor did not care about my pain or what I was trying to tell them.

Care was efficient but staff needs reminded that their comments and complaints from the halls and reception areas do travel into the exam rooms. Walls are not sound proof. Sending an elderly patient to another facility that "doesn't close in 30 minutes" might be the correct plan of care. However, a little empathy wouldn't hurt. Wasn't me nor effected my care but sets the tone for the facility.
