This experience at the University Hospital Urgent care was very upsetting. From start to finish the staff including the doctor were not friendly at all and were all acting like they had better places to be and made it very clear they did not want to be there.

Felt very comfortable and at ease during procedure in getting stitches in my pinky finger for a cut. First time for stitches in 76 years and it was certainly a good experience ( after the initial slice of my finger instead of the cantaloupe).

The wait was incredibly long; I don’t fault the practitioners but I think this facility is understaffed.
