Went to have my ankle looked at after a fall earlier in the day. X-ray tech didn’t even have the red line on my foot while taking X-rays, going on and on about salaries and how much money nurses make there verses hospitals then told me “You didn’t break your ankle by the way, I could tell because you were walking on it”. The PA I saw came in and told me she thought she saw a fracture but needed the radiologist to look at it the next morning and they would call me after. No boots or crutches available that evening. Promised a script for a boot to go to the equipment store, never got it. No call from radiologist next day. Tried calling 3 times, was put off. Tried calling a second day and was quoted what was in my portal word from word by the receptionist saying there was no fracture. At this point I feel stupid for calling. Go on with life, week later still hurting, went to see my orthopedic doctor who did in fact find a fracture as well as torn ligaments and tissue damage. I was then put in a boot and now in physical therapy hoping to avoid surgery. I called the office manager there to speak to her about my experience with no return call. Terrible customer service, rude, don’t go there or waste your time. The PA was nice but didn’t follow up on my care.

We were seen in timely and efficient manner. Everyone was polite and professional. Dr. Rajah saw my daughter. Excellent experience. Daughter had sutures. We were there for less than 30 min total. Glad we didn't have to go to ER.
