After being sick for 2 weeks I woke up and I was really bad! Got in at 915 treatment for ear infection and bronchitis will a breathing treatment and was ready to leave at 10. Amazing job!!!!

State scheduling site would not return the Napa location. Nearest offered was San Francisco.

Tried to schedule appointment for Covid vaccination. Clicked through to California state site as instructed. But after entering the Napa zip code as instructed, the state site would not return the Napa Urgent Care location. The nearest location it offered me was in San Francisco!

I had an abscess develop on my face and it was getting worse quickly. I could not get Kaiser to respond and so I found Urgent Care online. I booked an appointment right away and was able to see Brittany Bellows within two hours. Everything was really easy. The front office staff was kind and made me feel comfortable. The wait was short. Brittany recognized what was going on and talked me through the treatment options, all of which were clear. We chose a path and she set me on it. Brittany was very steady, was there and not rushed, and she didn’t make me feel like there were a thousand other things going on (like my last two Kaiser doctors). I’m really thankful to have found UC+Telehealth and that Brittany and her team were able to take care of me so well and so quickly. I highly recommend UC+Telehealth if you have an urgent issue that needs attention.

From beginning to end, all my needs were met by all staff. Brittany was very thorough, professional, and caring! This Urgent Care is the best.

Very nice staff.  Excellent care and good communication.  The PA seems to have a lot of responsibility of patient care and office management.  Seems like he could use some help.  He was a very good clinician!  Trying to be chief, cook and bottle washer all at the same time can lead to mistakes as you have some young staff in there.  Be mindful of stretching the person in charge too thin.  Also be aware of your documents lying around and providing medical instructions of medication and treatment in the waiting area.  You could have a HIPAA violation by just setting some quick protocols.   I appreciated the care greatly and will use you again for sure.
