Had an alarming amount of blood in urine for days and felt like I was beginning to develop a fever, so I called the office to sched an appointment for the next day.  Thier helpfully staff at the front desk advised that I come in that very day instead. I was hesitant because I had to come in on my lunch, but listened anyways.  They saw me immediately and made a point to speed up the process since they knew I had to get back to work.  Dr. was lovely. I’ve been dealing with kidney and bladder issues my whole life and display irregular symptoms. Never once did the doctor question them and referred me to a specialist right away. After ordering test and and ultrasound of course. I highly recommend this provider. My thanks to the entire staff! Efficient, helpful and effective - from start to finish. Cheers!

This is the best experience I have ever had with Urgent Care.  Your office is very efficient & very friendly!

I had loud ringing and pressure in my ear for awhile & it got worse over the weekend. So i scheduled an appt. on Sunday The PA that checked me out was wonderful and attentive. And described what I needed to a “T” Not sure of her name but I think it was Devon Wolfkin.

I'm in between Doctors and I was very pleasantly surprised how nice it was, how courteous the staff was and my needs were met.

Had an accident while trimming flowers for a vase and caught the pad of my index finger with a sharp scissors.  Although I got the bleeding under control after about 20 minutes it started up today again.  Lon couldn’t stitch it but he did cauterize it.  That helped a lot.  He and his assistant were very careful and very generous with providing me with the gauze. Bacitracin, and tape that I’d need to use to take care of the wound for the coming week.  Thank you!

A very nice visit. Very professional. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Feel amazing today.  A couple hours after my visit I could walk on my foot.  Very friendly staff and would absolutely recommend to friends and neighbors.

After I paid my copay they then decided to ask me what was I there for and once I said I injured my finger at work they said I couldn’t be seen there because they can’t handle workers comp. They said I’d have to leave but didn’t give me my copay back. Seems questions should be asked before you pay. Still not sure how to get my copay back. The girl seemed unknowledgeable.

Great staff all around. Felt listened to and not rushed. It’s great to have the clinic in Sonoma!

Have gone 2x and they always give the best care and the wait time is excellent. Love coming here and the staff
