While sanding on a retaining wall I caught a larger splinter that penetrated deep into my thumb. I tried to remove it myself to no avail. I found a reference on line for the Urgent Care in Benicia. I called and was told they could probably help. I felt very fortunate to get there before closing. Everyone was most polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Registration was easy with the help of the staff and the medical professional was able to remove the splinter in short order. I was very pleased with my experience! Would definitely recommend.

I got up this morning & wasn’t feeling well. I made a dr appointment but continued to get worse & couldn’t make it to my dr. I was referred to  Urgent Care. I found my local facility & was able to walk right in. Everything  went smoothly the staff & provider was great. I never knew how Urgent Care  worked & so glad they were there for me

I have a broken foot and needed aid I went to urgent care instead of the hospital. The check-in was very good. Your staff was "spot-on" service

As always staff and PA JULIANE where excellent. All staff showed concern.

The NP could not distinguish between an urgent and emergency situation and sent us to the ER where we wasted a day getting a diagnosis she could have performed quickly.

Overall, the appointment went well. Had to wait way past my schedule appointment time. I had disability insurance paperwork to fill out, I was told to come back in a couple days.   So, I had to go back drop off the paperwork, pay the $35 fee, and I can’t pick up the paperwork until the next day.   I sincerely feel the paperwork should’ve been done at the time of my appointment as that is why I was there.  I know you have to make your money, but we’re having to make two extra trips. Well, I am disabled and unemployed and I’m not bringing any money is very inconvenient and costly.

I was able to easily find and book an appointment for earache/jaw pain. I probably waited about 20 minutes, which I consider a short wait time. I was soon greeted by a PA who took my info and complaint. My doctor (I don't remember her name) but she remembered me from a previous visit and was very friendly, but also very professional. She ordered the treatment and an assistant came in to give me an ear lavage. He was very caring and gentle. My doctor then re examined me, diagnosed an ear infection and ordered the medication. I wish all my doctor visits were as efficiently, and professionally performed as this visit was and I would recommend this provider again....thank you !

I’ve been sick for almost two weeks with a persistent cough and chest congestion. I scheduled a same day appointment this morning and was seen by Natalia Roberts, FNP. She’s a pulmonologist. She examined me and determined that I have a sinus infection and prescribed me antibiotics. She was friendly and helpful. I’m grateful that she treated me today. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you!

I was a walk in with a UTI. They took me right away. After giving my sample, labs were done and I was in and out with an antibiotic prescription in just over an hour. Friendly and concientous staff.
