Everything was excellent with the exception of medication being routed to my pharmacy which was closed due the hurricane. It is a major chain. I tried to reach clinic staff by phone to have rx rerouted, but no one answered the phone. I would recommend this provider but these logistical issues should be considered for the future.

The provider I saw didn’t take my concerns seriously and brushed off what I was saying. He wouldn’t allow me to fully explain my symptoms nor look at progression photos I took. I also received my office visit summary and it showed a physical exam which was not performed. The provider was in the room with me less than 10 minutes. Currently waiting at another urgent care for a second opinion. I definitely will not be back.

Just came in to have the stitches removed and once again the check in person was friendly and got me in to a doctor who took out the stitches with very little discomfort. They ran in through my Medicare plan which was on file and I was out of there fast. I recommend this office to everyone.

I had pain from a fall. Everyone was very curious. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He also gave me good treatment advise.

Went in for a TB test. Very friendly staff and very quick service.

Made my son a new patient appt online and found plenty of openings/able to complete paperwork online as well. My son was seen for a wrist injury, after exam he was given an X-ray and discussed results of X-ray as well as care for possible sprain. In hindsight, I would have liked to have seen the X-ray, had more treatment suggestions written down for at home care Overall our experience was good.

I was a walk-in and was immediately taken back to a room for a follow up visit from 5 days ago. Excellent care and concern for my health  Always have been professional and knowledgeable!

Staff great, clean. Waited a little even with appointment. Would be nice if spine xray able to be done there. At least informed at check in of office unable to do lumbar spine xray. Maybe note that on website, so don't waste trip over if unable to perform certain xrays.

There was no wait time when I arrived and I was seen immediately and had my problem addressed. I was provided explanations I understood.

As always the staff was amazing. I went in for a lesion on my toe which was removed and I was on my way in minutes.
