What patients are saying...

First, excessive wait time. Only two other people in waiting room that got called back fairly quickly and still had a wait time of getting called back of almost an hour and a half. Second, staff was very unfriendly and seemed bothered to have to answer a few questions I had. However, the doctor was very friendly and good bedside manner. The thing that bothered me most was that although my primary care doctor is a UH doctor and I have a "Follow My Health" account, they did not access my history/previous records and never recorded the visit/notes/findings in my chart. This is unacceptable. I will find a different facility if I ever need urgent care again. Excessive wait time, unfriendly staff, and not recording my visit in my chart is totally unacceptable.

My visit to nothing but awful. The nurse, Jennifer Riley was extremely rude from the second she came in the room. When she came back in the room to go over the doctors exit paperwork she yelled at my daughter for getting an ice pack from the drawer and using it. She said DID THE DOCTOR TELL YOU THAT YOU COUID GO IN THERE?! Dr. Boyko has terrible bedside manner. She was very short, did not check me at all, talked down to me as she was asking me questions like I was an idiot. Then to top it all off when I went to the bathroom I overheard Jennifer Riley talking badly about another patient. This was the worst visit ever! I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever return here.

Did not feel anyone there was really polite from receptionist to nurse to Dr Loos. I had bronchitis and was prescribed antibiotics. Told him I am prone to yeast infections. Told me that's another issue and would have to come back. I have Never been told this by any Dr.. I am sick, why make me come back in 3 to 5 days for a pill for a yeast infection. The nurse told me to eat yogurt. I understand her suggestion but I have had this issue for my whole life. Listen to your patients and look at my chart. Very discouraged from ever going back.

I’m still looking for the doctor’s name and this doctor has given us a medication that doesn’t even work. I’ve never met a doctor worse than him.

I was in a great deal of pain, and they were able to make me feel better with an injection. They treated me with compassion and kindness.
