What patients are saying...

Do not trouble them with the many variables of your daily life. They will not adapt. Do not expect to schedule an appointment less than 30 days hence. Do not expect to see a regular physician at this location. In my opinion, the best usually move on, quickly, Such is the norm at an Urgent care facility. But they double as a pcp. and fail. miserably. in my opinion.

My problem was with the bill. It was surprisingly over $800 for treatment of poison ivy. My insurance didn't cover it and WR wouldn't work with me to reduce the bill so I could pay it myself. I had to borrow money to pay in full after it went to collections.

Good location, easy in and out parking. Staff was kind, friendly and personable. They were gentle when giving me my ex-ray, which was very important to me. Called me with a follow-up call to give me the information I needed. Yes I would come there again.
