It was so fast in and out plus explaining everything that you could understand it Staff and Doctor very understanding

Walk in for chest pain.  Was seen promptly, staff was polite and Dr was helpful and informative.  Was referred to ER for follow up.

The doctor was dismissive of my injury. Did not let me explain how I felt. I explained what happened that caused it but he cut me off before I finished explaining my pain. I didn’t even ask for time off work and he went “we don’t give you days off, only restrictions” his restrictions were that I can only lift 10lbs but I work in a warehouse where that means I still need to do a lot with 10lbs and I told him it hurts my back to pick up boxes and to twist. I told him my body doesn’t metabolize most medicine so things like ibuprofen, Tylenol etc. don’t help me with pain management and he ignored my statement and said “take two Tylenol it will help with pain” and so I went to work with those restrictions and had to suffer my entire overnight shift and I feel worse.

Dr Vallejo, receptionist Keely, and physician’s assistant Amy were WAY beyond professional in every aspect of my continued care. Keely’s customer service was exceptional; she’s responsive, thorough and proactive. Amy’s pre- exam vitals recording was thoughtful and precise. Dr. Vallejo is a profoundly knowledgeable and proficient physician. We are blessed to have these folks administering to our health in the Salem community.

Was sent there for a physical due to a job offer, the wait was long, I was there for about an hour and 30 minutes if not a little more. The DR that saw me was friendly and was precise and fast on what needed to be done.

Always a smooth/easy process at this clinic. Staff is always attentive and friendly. Dr Brown is very caring and helpful/informative to patients.

I'm a 70 year old disabled post-CVA stroke survivor without a PCP. My Medicare insurance has run me ragged and dragged their feet getting me a new one for almost an entire year. Dr. Vallejo has been very supportive and incredibly understanding about the situation I'm in between PCPs. It has been a great help to know that such a decent and good doctor has my back during this difficult time. The office staff is wonderful. No wait to speak of. Just a very positive experience overall. I definitely recommend this clinic.
