I took my grandchild in for a sick visit with no appointment . The wait was minimal and the front desk employee was very helpful !!  The nursing staff and doctors were all super friendly and concerned about the patient.

She’s still super sick and wait times are entirely too long (need to revamp system so people aren’t waiting hours when appt made).

We absolutely loved seeing Molly today! She was kind and patient with my son. She encouraged him to speak about why we were visiting and truly engaged in conversation with him. That experience, partnered with her genuinely consideration of his medical history, made this visit one of the best ever here!

My daughter woke up with a fever, I used the app to make an appointment. We were seen and out of the office within 30 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and informative. She made sure to explain everything and give all detail needed. She was absolutely amazing very sweet personality! 100% would recommend the provider.

The lady at the front desk is precious. I was able to book an appointment for 12:30 PM around 11:40AM, which was a blessing because my daughter was not doing very well.  The wait was a bit longer than expected, as we got there early and there was only one person ahead of us in the waiting room, but there were things for my 3yo daughter to do - which is appreciated.   The one person in the waiting room ahead of us was a father and a teenage boy who was calling his friends to tell them how he had broken his foot and was laughing about it and using profanity in front of my small child.  Then I suppose whoever was on the phone with him asked who else was in the waiting room, and he said something about a little girl - which was obviously my three year-old daughter because we were the only other people in the room.  Just rude and just a little weird and unsettling for him to talk about us as if we couldn’t hear him because he was talking so loudly. He also loudly passed gas in the waiting room right as we were walking in, which was disgusting and unnecessary.   Obviously, staff cannot control the behavior of other patients, but it was frustrating as a parent.  Additionally, SpongeBob SquarePants was playing on TV very loudly, and I do not allow my toddlers to watch that show.  The staff member who took us from the waiting room to our patient room was very quiet and did not seem very friendly or talkative - though she was wearing a mask. She had to take my daughter’s temperature, and told me it was around 97-something when I know she had at least 101 fever at that time.  I told her there was no way that was possible, and she came back three different times with three other thermometers and clearly did not know how to use them or take her temperature.  It added another 20 minutes to our wait for the doctor, and they never got an accurate reading of her temperature.   She finally came back to run a series of four nasal swabs to see what was wrong with my daughter.  She gave me practically no instruction for how to position my daughter on the table, and had to do several of the four tests multiple times because my daughter was so upset.  Eventually her nose ended up bleeding and she was distraught over it.   These are all normal things that happen when little kids have to get tested for various illnesses: however, there were no encouraging words or attempts to engage with my daughter to make her less upset or feel safe.  I just got the sense that the aid did not have a firm grasp of what she was doing, which is distressing to me in an already distressing situation.   The doctor was very nice and engaged with my daughter throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated.  He was experienced, professional and kind. He and the lovely lady at the front desk each get five stars in my opinion. We have had to come to this location many times in the evenings and on weekends when our pediatrician was not open.  We always have an excellent experience, and I recommend this office often to many other parents.   I’m afraid this visit was not as favorable in comparison.  We do appreciate the quick care and the quick communication with the pharmacy to get my daughter’s medicine quickly.  If another need arises, we will come back again with hopes that the medical assistant will have more experience and a better bedside manner toward small children. Thanks again to the doctor and the lady at the front desk.
