I have been here a few times with each of my kids, never had an issue, always recommended this place usually in and out in a hour. Tonight I took my sick baby, walked in and said there was a 1 hour wait time. Okay I can wait that’s fine, going on two hours I asked for an estimate wait since it’s been almost two hours. She responded, “She told you there was a wait, didn’t she ? “ okay I have been waiting almost two hours and just asking for a update and she wouldn’t give me one but a nasty attitude. Will not be back anytime soon due to few unprofessional staff, don’t like your job find another one.

The wait time was terrible. It’s as if making appointments are pointless because they hold not wait to walk ins. They should stop offering appointments if they are going to run their office this way.

My daughter had been fighting a sinus infection, and her Dr could not see her quickly, so we chose Children's Urgent Care. Scheduling online is always easy, but on arrival we were told the on site provider was an hour behind. I asked front desk staff if they could text us when they were ready to see us, and we would go eat at Taco Mama a few doors down. We were texted when they were ready, were put into a room, and proceeded to wait another 45 minutes. I looked out the door and found another lady looking for staff because she had been in a room for almost an hour waiting as well. We were told that my daughter still had 4 more patients in front of her before being seen, so the staff agreed to texting us again when closer to being ready as my daughter was getting hungry and her food had not been ready when we were called back. Another 30 minutes or so passed before we were contacted for her to be seen, and my decided to take her, and had to wait additional time in the room. No one can help they only had one provider, but I doubt everyone had an appointment like we did. I am disappointed in how long the wait was even with a scheduled visit. That being said, the front desk staff agreeing to text us when ready was absolutely wonderful and appreciated!

easy to book appointment, didn’t matter if i had an appointment though. the wait was awful, especially having very 2 young, sick children. been 2 days and still don’t have my daughters test results. I’ve called and called.

Went it with a fever for our son and waited over 2 hours. I understand that it was busy, just wish we would have been updated on wait times.

I brought my 10 month old here yesterday, because her pediatrician’s office was booked and I felt like she needed to be seen. Although we did wait for a while, I felt like it was still a reasonable amount of time considering the type of respiratory season we are currently in. The Nurse Practitioner, Mary, was very kind and thoughtful and addressed all of my concerns. She spoke to me in a professional manner, yet made me feel like I knew her and like we were talking about my baby as friends. She definitely put me at ease and made me feel like I did the right thing by stopping in. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful to us, including the front desk staff. As a first time mom, I am still getting the hang of taking my baby places without my husband and can easily feel overwhelmed, but I had a pleasant experience here and will return if needed!

We've always had luck here and it's super convenient. I'm not sure if something changed but I noticed what I think is a new pop up when I scheduled for a 1 PM appointment that it's not an "appointment" it just lets them know how many people will be waiting? We waited 2.5 hours in the lobby and another 30 minutes in the room and still didn't see a provider. We had to walk out because I couldn't miss anymore work. I get being busy but don't offer appointment slots if they serve no purpose. It provides a false time frame to be seen.

I loved that it was quick. I had 12 people in front of me and thought I was going to be there a long hrs. Everyone was very helpful and friendly!

Check-in was quick and painless. Staff were fast getting us to the room and the doctor was incredibly nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for any parent with sick littles.

love this place!! everyone is always sooo nice ! never a long wait! check in process is easy, very nice receptionist, nurse was great, and the provider was great also! They listen very well and are super knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend 10/10
