Staff was wonderful from beginning to the end  Communication was excellent and kids love them  they listen and made them laugh (triage nurse ) .. You all are awesome..👏

Booking an appointment is as easy as it gets especially if you are already an established patient.  The staff was very kind and courteous. We interacted with a nurse, a PA student and a Nurse Practitioner (Vivian I believe) who worked together and seemed like a cohesive team which can be hard to do. I felt like the team was really working to problem solve and not just go down a checklist. I appreciated their approach and felt like the nurse practitioner really wanted to diagnose and treat what was going on. I felt supported and educated about what they were looking for and what would cause concern to seek further treatment. The nurse practitioner checked on us and asked if we needed anything while we waited on test results. She made sure my sick baby with a fever wasn’t due for fever reducing meds while we were there. A great experience. Thank you for caring so well for my baby.

Awful. Booked an appointment. Got there, was told an older child with a cough that walked in had priority over my sick 3 month old. Waited an hour and a half after the scheduled time to be seen for 15 minutes…. To be told it was a common cold, for it to turn out to be the Flu and RSV, which we had to go to his doctor to find this out.  Would not recommend this place.

The ladies were so kind, so sweet, and so reassuring from the front desk to the CNA to the nurse practitioner. I thank God they were open late. I am deeply grateful for the love and care of my baby. Thank you so much for all you do for my child and other children daily!💕

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am, arrived ahead of time as requested, and then waited 2 hours and 15 minutes before we were seen. It would've been appropriate for staff to call us ahead of time to let us know not to come in until 11:45 am and I wouldn't have had to wait in the waiting room for that long exposing my child to additional people coming and going. I would like to see a better blocking system for scheduling. The system should not allow you to book at 9:30 if you can not be seen within the same hour.

The staff is always friendly! The wait time was a little long but the staff made sure they apologized for the wait. The staff went above and beyond to make my daughter smile, even though she didn’t feel well. I would definitely recommend ❤️

In and out in no time! There’s was hardly a wait. It was a great visit!

The quickest urgent care visit that one of my kids has ever gone to. The appointment was at 8 am and they were back home before 830.
