Thank you so much for taken good care for my child

The wait time was ridiculously long just to be told to take mucinex! 2 1/2 hours is way too long. My concern for pneumonia totally ignored.

The entire staff were friendly and kind from start to finish. We were in and out in under an hour. Thank you Children's Urgent Care Hoover. I would surely recommend this provider.

We came at 11:48. We were told it would be about 45 min. We were there until 2:10. We would've been there longer if we hadn't switched to an appointment online instead because they were putting all the new online appointments before us. When we told the receptionist, she said that's how they do it. We could have made an appointment when we first arrived and been seen an hour before. The portal would day 0 ahead and then we would still not be called. Then someone would make a new appointment online and we kept being pushed to the end of the line. If this is the policy, it should be posted on signs and explained properly. It was confusing and not fair. When we said this, the receptionist was very dismissive and nonchalant. She didn't care because it wasn't happening to her.

Friendly quality care. The wait time if you save a spot in line is always short. The doctor we saw was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend

It was very easy and fast. Staff is very friendly! Made my son fell very comfortable and not scared at all. He love the part that they gave him a popsicle lol

Wait was a bit excessive. Appointment was for 1:20… arrived at 12:45 and didn’t get brought back from the lobby until 3. Extremely understaffed from what I saw, but I CAN NOT say enough about the amazing doctors here! Our family has been in and out of this place 4 times over the last week due to 3 kids with RSV and step, and I can’t say enough great things about how amazing both of the doctors we saw were with our 4 y/o, 2y/o and 4 month old. So kind, gentle, and worked so well with our babies to make us and them feel comfortable and less yucky!

Courteous NP handled my baby’s infection beautifully. Worth the trip. I’ll take her there next time. I’m sure there will be a next time!

The RN and CRNP were both great, check in staff friendly. Only thing they could improve on is the interior - paint is cracked, etc. But more importantly, it was quick and the care we received was great. Will definitely be returning

My daughter had earpain on Thanksgiving. Able to schedule an appointment for the following Saturday. Easy to update information online and check in was so smooth. The entire staff was great and Mark the CRNP explained everything well to my daughter. She was very at ease with him. Keep up the good work
