No one loves taking their sick kids to urgent care, but this place is the best. Doctors and nurses are amazing, the front staff is amazing, I've never had a bad experience here.

Set an appointment got there early was told it would be 20 min wait, after 20 mins they said it would be another 2 hours! They were seeing walk in before scheduled pts and rescheduled for next day had other problems then as well

The office was understaffed due to weather issues and the time of diagnoses that were coming in and requiring extra care, but the staff that was present was amazing. They had great attitudes, were patient, informative, thorough, and did not rush the appointment. I will definitely return even though the wait time was extremely long.

There were no more appointments for the day I went in with my daughter so I decided to walk in. I waited almost 3 hours which I didn’t mind, I understand I didn’t have an appointment and many are sick. Once the doctor finally saw my daughter, she did a Covid and flu test as well as checked her ears. She had the flu and ear infection. They proscribed her antibiotics for the ear infection and tamiflu for the flu. I saw the doctor for 4 minutes. It made me feel like she just wanted to give her something so I can leave bc they were so busy. After we left she kept getting worse, vomiting all the medicines, fevers kept coming and going so the very next day I take her to the Huntsville pediatrics ER. I tell them she was prescribed tamiflu and every doctor there was in shock saying they get so many kids that get prescribed that and they come to them worse. I truly feel like the doctor at the urgent care hated her job and didn’t care about my daughter at all. First and last time I will be there.

Took over 3 hours to be seen. What good is scheduling an appointment? Also she prescribed a topical medication for impetigo when she has been given oral medication in the past. Absolutely ridiculous!

My daughter was sick over the weekend, so I made an appointment for Sunday afternoon. I arrived 90 minutes early, but still waited 4 hours to see the provider. This was to be expected with it being 3 days before Christmas, but staffing should seriously be looked at. Everyone there was working their tails off - with AMAZING attitudes!! Heather was holding down the front desk & triage like a champ!! Everyone was on point while being attentive and quick. The provider, I cant remember his name, was so kind with my daughter, as he was the last time she came in. Such a great place, so thankful we have urgent care for kids!!

First time using urgent care for children and I was pleasantly surprised on the shorter wait time then some other urgent cares. We were in and out in less than an hour. The doctor and nurse were both very friendly
