No problem with the appointment. I like taking my kids there because of the efficiency. But then they text you every day to fill out a survey.

The care this facility offers is great. My son seems to always get sick when his regular Doctors office is closed or only doing half a day. I can get online and make an appointment. They always seem to have an open appointment. This last visit he had we were in and out within an hour. Honestly if they weren't just a children's urgent care I would make them his pediatrician.

Hands down best children urgent care in town! Scheduling either walk in or using the app is so simple. The staff are very professional but personable at the same time. Always in and out of the office in under a hour, really 45 mins or less! I haven’t taken my children anywhere else since I found this office! Highly recommend for parents and providers!

My little girl had been sick for a few days and we decided to take her in to make sure she didn't have RSV. Thankfully she didn't but the staff went above and beyond for us we were in and out within an hour. Will be my go to from now on when we can't get into the pediatrician ❤️
