Love Dr. Stacy and the staff. I wish Dr Stacy could get some help such as a NP.  Having to wait over an hour in the exam room is tough on little ones.

We are about 2 mnths out from our last visit at UC4C.  I am sorting through billing and have found that my daughter’s throat culture PCR was sent off to a NC lab (we are in AL) and because of that, we will have to pay $150 for it.  A throat culture.  Our federal plan means we pay fees where services are rendered. My daughter went to AFC 3 days after UC4C and was given the same rapid tests as UC4C plus a strep test (came back positive).  So, incorrect diagnosis and business practices not in the best interest of the local community. A lot of federal employees here with kids. Don’t think any of them want to pay $150 for a throat culture.  I wasn’t asked if I wanted these services either or given any explanation upfront of costs. Most of the staff is great and our past visits have been handled well for patient care and billing.  Sorry, we won’t be able to come back.

Was able to get my child scheduled easily and seen. The nurse that took us back was great and so was an older nurse who came in later. The girl at the front desk was rude though ! When I called back to discuss , the manager on duty basically took her side and didn’t seem to care what I was told . Highly disappointed !

Whoever saw my son never introduced themselves and did not assess him at all. Did not even take vital signs. Got him home and he had a temp of 101. And given the wrong diagnosis. Not okay. Nurse bringing him back was very nice though.
