We had a great experience at the Madison location. All staff members were courteous and helpful. My daughter’s care was top notch. The nurse practitioner explained everything and answered all my questions. She made sure I understood what was going on and how to treat.

Our, children was coughing, had headaches, sore throats, and other symptoms. The staff was so polite, patient, friendly, willing to assist, listened to all of our concerns. I can’t express how grateful, amazed, proud, pleased I was with the hardworking staff. In Awe, with this urgent care for children, veterans, families. Thank you so much!! Our 2 year old granddaughter woke up this morning vomiting and diarrhea. We had just been in the Urgent Care on Saturday. After speaking to someone there I was directed how to register on line. I’m now very savvy with the registration. I called back and the receptionist was kind to do it for me. Everyone was great and spoke to my granddaughter about what they were doing before checking her. ❤️I would recommend this urgent care to anyone with sick child.

Was able to get an appointment very easy through the online portal. The staff was amazing. They had us on the way home with a drs note for school in hand.

I have had better experiences here. This visit was not that great. My daughter was complaining about a sore throat and had a fever. I gave her Tylenol on our way there because she was miserable. Once all our tests came back negative the NP acted like I shouldn’t have brought her in- just because she was feeling ok since the fever had broke because of the Tylenol. Once we got home, her fever returned and she has been pitiful. I have two other children that are now showing signs. I believe my daughter may have had a false negative flu test. We found out today she has been exposed to the flu.

Booked an appointment today for today.  The staff from the front desk to the nurse practitioner was excellent.  The office was spotless.  The cleanest I’ve ever seen.  Thank you for treating my son with kindness and caring hearts

Checked in a little after 12 and waited for almost 5 hours before getting called back to be seen. No other complaints but wait time. Staff was friendly.

Scheduling and check in was a breeze. Wait in the lobby was about five minutes but wait in the checkup room was close to 20
