The wait time was short to get back to the room. Once in the room my daughter had to get a xray of her thumb which was also quick. We waited over an hour for the radiologist to read the X-ray before the nurse practitioner came back into the room. My daughter needed a thumb splint but all the place had was adult size splints at a pediatric urgent care. Overall the first time experience was just okay.

They were wonderful with my son today! They even gave him a stuffed animal!

Last night after hours my daughter showed signs of a UTI so I got on the site and booked the first time for the next morning. We arrived and got right to the back. My daughter has a lengthy urinary history so we knew what to expect. We were in and out before anyone else came in to be seen. I love this staff and facility is always clean. I recommend this urgent care daily.

This is a very nice place to take your kids if they need urgent care. Everybody that works here. From the lady at the front desk, nurse and doctors. Everyone is nice and cares about your kid. Top Tier Service and excellent bedside manners. Thank you all so much! It was my first visit and I felt so welcome..

Practitioners and front desk staff were amazing! The nurse who brought us to our room was very sweet and kind to my baby. The doctor we saw was so kind and cuddly with my child. Best experience we have had here ever.

We’re new to the Mobile area and was glad to find this urgent care. The staff was amazing from the receptionist all the way to the nurse practitioner.

The nurse was very unprofessional and made it seem like it was a hassle to care for my autistic son. She had to do a strep test and said “really?” as if she was annoyed when I told her he wouldn’t just open his mouth… there were several other things as well. We come here often (I have 5 kids) and have never been treated that way before. Disappointed

Wait time was ridiculous. I was the only one there when I got there and I waited an hour in the lobby. A NP came in and I think I knew more than she did.  She didn’t listen to his chest but for a second. She barely looked in his ears.  And told me if he goes in respiratory distress go to the ER. Well I’m sure everyone knows that. Very disappointed

I have 2 kids with autism and bringing them to a big hospital is always a challenge. This is why I like Urgent Care, the place is not too big and it’s quick. The place is nice and clean and all staff are friendly.
