We saw Dr. Courtney Crayne.. My 4 year old child was negative for all common viral conditions and she still would not give antibiotics for a fever of 8 days along with ear drainage/pain and chest congestion. Said I could bring him back in 2 days for poss. abx treatment which is New Year’s Day btw. I asked if I could call her in 2 days if his ears and fever did not improve, and she stated no that he would have to be seen again. Stated that regardless, antibiotics would not help him. She had very poor bedside manners and would much rather show her authority than to show compassion. We followed up with his pediatrician that afternoon, and he accurately diagnosed him with a double ear infection upon examination. He also checked a cbc and his wbc was significantly elevated. My son was immediately started on antibiotics and was improving within 3 doses. Amazing.. 🧐

Overall visit was horrible. Appointment scheduled time was at 11:50am, was not seen until almost 2pm. The nurse practitioner was not understanding towards my concerns with my sick child. I feel it was a rush job to get us out. I thought coming to Urgent care children would be more convenient but I truly regret not just going to Children’s Er. Very disappointed

We are visiting family out of town and had to go to Urgent Care. Same day services with a minimum wait over the holidays. Got checked for COVID, flu, and strep. Prescription sent the same day. Pharmacy very close to facility. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Appointment was easy to make. The wait time was long and the wait for results was over an hour and that was after I went to the front desk to ask about them.  The facility was so dirty. Trash cans were so gross, there was dust and dirt everywhere.  I will not be back
