Highly recommend. The staff was so great. I had two kiddos not feeling well and our local Pediatrician was booked by 8 am 🥴. Got them both in and before lunch here and on the road to recovery.

The wait time was probably the most frustrating thing. We waited almost two hours. I get being short staffed but it did not seem there was that many patients.

My granddaughter was treated by exceptional staff who seemed to really care about her needs and took the time needed to find the causes of her symptoms. I would highly recommend Urgent Care for Children, Trussville.

We have been here many times and have always had good experiences until yesterday. Unfortunately I had to work and my mother (the patients grandmother) is who brought her. This is our second time to be seen for the same problem in a weeks time.  My daughter has a terrible cough that has been worsening over the past week and a half. She has an on and off fever that responds to Tylenol and ibuprofen. She will act completely fine for a few hours and then seem very sick for a few. We have tried albuterol and given it time, so since her cough was worsening, we brought her back in.  I’m a nurse practitioner who takes care of babies so I’m not completely ignorant in the medical world. I had my mom request a chest X-ray (multiple times) because I was concerned for pneumonia. My mom was blown off every time she requested it. Viral testing was done (negative) and we were told that they are just going to treat my daughter for walking pneumonia with Azithromycin. We were also told to follow up with our pediatrician.  We went to our pediatrician today and she immediately did a chest X-ray because she couldn’t hear breath sounds in my daughters right mid/lower lung. The X-ray confirmed pneumonia. They also tested for walking pneumonia (negative). Azithromycin likely wouldn't have been enough to treat her type of pneumonia. So my pediatrician changed her antibiotics. We felt so blown off with our concerns. My mom was told that my daughter sounded completely clear (she hasn’t for a week) and that she didn’t need an X-ray to check for pneumonia.  It’s all really disappointing.

Baby came home from church and had mucus coming out of his eyes. Was able to schedule an appointment that was open within 20 minutes. The wait time was a little long but once called back we were in and out.  Quick this weekend than last weekend with my oldest. We waited over 3 hours and never got called back. We wound up leaving.

Great experience!  We were seen at our appointment time window. The medical assistant tested us quickly based on symptoms, and the doctor was very thorough and responsive.

Was able to book my son an appointment late the night before and still got an early appointment. In and out in under 45 minutes. Received info from pharmacy that meds were being prepared before I left the clinic.

The doctor that seen us seemed very rushed and not concerned at all. She did not ask any medical questions about my child. All she asked was what is going on today. She never asked if he had any medical problems or if he has been around any sick. Which he has. No kinds of test was ran and I don't believe that he only has an ear infection.
