I had an appointment for 6:00 and was instructed to check in 15 minutes early. I was promptly logged in at 5:45. I was not seen until almost 7:00pm. The wait time for an online appt is HORRIBLE! I have never had to wait that long for a virtual appt. The bedside manner of the provider was less than stellar. She was not very friendly and basically said if I want a full recommendation then I need to go in person to an urgent care. An absolute waste of money and time. I went to a local urgent care after getting off the call and was in and out in 30 minutes with a diagnosis and prescription.

One son was diagnosed with strep Friday, but the other was fine. We are facing a crazy winter storm and when the “well” child woke up in pain, it was so easy to schedule virtually and get some meds. I really appreciate the patience and kindness with my son.

Dr.Banda was awesome!! She listened to my concerns and symptoms and wasted no time in scheduling a curbside test.. Unfortunately I was positive for Covid.. Dr.Banda then prescribed more medication.

Very easy to schedule appointment. However, it was odd that I had to enter my credit card twice in two different systems.

Our original appointment was accidentally booked with in person and my husband called was able to change it to a  telemedicine appointment within the hour. The doctor could clearly see how sick my daughter was and she didn’t hesitate to call tamiflu in when I told her all 4 other family members in house had tested positive for flu A this week.

This is my go to for my kids! The providers are always so kind , empathetic and smart! I’m so grateful to have this service.

Ann did a wonderful job and was very helpful. There was no wait time and she effectively identified the illness.

The np was extremely rude and didn't listen to my concerns about my child. She invalidated my child's sickness. I hung up on her when she asked again why I was seeking help. I took my child to the ER. She had pneumonia.

Horrible experience. Had a virtual visit. The provider attempted to send me an hour and a half away from my home to complete flu testing. Afterwards, had to schedule an in person appointment for testing. Overall-very horrible experience

It was so easy to schedule an appointment and get my daughter seen. The provider was thorough and explained all information including diagnosis, medication, and return to school timeline.
