Best visit ever. The nurse practitioner Stacey was amazing and patient with my son. Rylee the nurse was pleasant and made sure to include him in all conversations regarding his care. Genesis was at the front desk and made the front desk check in process smooth. Candis and Angie were in the background taking care of other patients and you could tell that each of them live what that do. Thank you Urgent Care for Kids in Katy for all that you do🩷

Scheduling the appointment was very easy and I was able to book an appointment same day. All the staff nurses and doctors are super nice and respectful. I would definitely recommend this provider. However the wait time was long! With a booked appointment it took 2 hours for them to call us into the back after the nurse took vitals I had to wait an additional thirty minutes for the doctor. But once again all the nurses and doctors are great at what they do I just wish I didn’t have to wait that long with a booked appointment.
