Had to wait 2h after scheduled appointment time to be seen today. Once seen, though, service was swift and attentive.

Ms Dani the nurse practitioner was exactly who my very anxious daughter needed this morning!

I took my sick child in to get checked out, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the provider, Kelti, delivered exceptional care. She was very respectful and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. Highly recommend!

This facility is always quick and friendly. Definitely a gem for those weekend visits that are needed out of the blue!

My chid had a rash and a fever. We scheduled an appointment the next day and they were able to tell us what it was.

My son was running a fever and had a rash. I seen his pcp the previous Friday and they misdiagnosed him. Something told me something still wasn’t right . So I took him in and he seen Jessica PA last Monday and was with strep. Something g that my pcp didn’t even try to at least swab and rule out. I thank God that I brought him in. And he was prescribed antibiotics.  Thank you so much Jessica for taking the time to listen to my concerns . Who knows how worse his symptoms could have got.  Very grateful for this clinic !!

Arrived for one kid to be checked and they took care of us and a couple minutes after then seen my other child with no problems this was the best service that we had in a while not having to wait hours to be seen . All staff was amazing keep doing a great job .  Thank you

First time at the office they seen and helped us with no problems office staffing was amazing . This is a great place to bring your kids to be seen love there doctor she was nice and answered all questions with no problems.

My children all have strep and the team helped me out so much. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and will assist will all questions that you may have. I would highly recommend coming here.

Scheduled 5 hours ahead of time.  We arrived 20 mins before appointment.  Waited 10 more mins before being called.  Told them about repeated sore throat from prior 2 weeks.   Put in room, waited 20 mins then 10 more mins and asked why we weren’t seen.  They asked me, “oh! Nobody has seen you yet and I said no, it’s been 30 mins.  After add’tl 10 mins, finally was seen!  They had to swab throat.  I said let’s get going!  They were just all standing there doing nothing!! After 5 came in room to swab and waited 10 more mins!!  No apology was given and kept repeating “protocol, protocol, emergency BS!”   Not EVER ONCE was an apology given or empathy towards us!!!  Just defending!!!!  Need to reflect and perhaps retrain on handling patients!!
