My daughter woke up with croup and the care we received here from the front desk to the physician was amazing!

Easy to schedule online. Arrived a few minutes early, short wait to see nurse and get vitals. Nurse practitioner took AN HOUR to come see us. It was also extremely hot, we had to open the door while waiting for that hour. No one offered an apology for the wait. I think the walls and chairs could use a good wiping down, and the floor needed to be swept. Been here before and don’t remember it looking as bad then.

Our son woke up this morning and we thought we were going to have. Regular day we were both wrong . He fell and busted his lip . I made an appointment , it’s easy and super convenient instead of going to ER … Staff is so friendly and helpful. I love this urgent care . I’ve used them for the past 2 years or so ….. they are great  Provider is the best and she is so sweet

My son woke up with pain I thought it was a toothache but after giving him pain medicine he was still not feeling well. I schedule an appointment here since his regular pediatrician was soon closing. It was easy to schedule. When I arrived staff was friendly and quick to help us. We were probably in and out with in 40 min. The NP was super nice and confirm his ear infection . Our regular pharmacy was closing soon. So they help us by finding one with extended hours. When we picked up medicine it was ready! Every time I find myself in these situations where I can get my son to his pediatrician this is my to go to Urgent care. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

Staff is ALWAYS kind, caring, compassionate, and works well with my special needs son. HIGHLY recommend this kid’s urgent care for any parent.

I love this practice. Everyone is well educated, professional and kind.

Made an appointment for a toddler that is having difficulty breathing.  We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment time. It took over them over TWO HOURS PAST our scheduled appointment to be seen. Nothing urgent about this facility. You’re better off walking in anywhere else in town rather than making an appointment here. Do your kid a favor and go anywhere else.

My daughter was not well and her pediatric suggested this urgent care as it was weekend they were too good to see her

Booked an appointment for my daughter who tested positive for strep. I was told the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Got there and there was no prescription. Called the clinic and they were closed. There was no one to contact immediately to get the prescription. My daughter had to go through another night without treatment. Just ridiculous

Making the appointment was CAKE. Staff was extremely friendly, the doctor as well & little to no wait time. I took my 1 year old son in for a fever & we were in and out with a prescription ready in less than a hour after leaving! Now I’m relieved and my son is on the road to recovery
