Dulse is the greatest nurse ever so helpful and informative

Always so easy with this location and the online service. They are quick, they listen, and they are thorough. I will always is this service and the urgent care 4 kids when needed.

My kid had a sore throat was able to schedule a virtual visit and have time for a curbside throat swab all in less than 30 minutes. The staff were friendly.

Had a $50 charge on my card and don't know why will call them tomorrow and try and find out why

My daughter had not been feeling well for a few days then all the sudden she had a very high fever and I was so scared. I got a virtual appt within 15 mins of taking her temp, we got scheduled for quick and easy curbside testing within 15 mins of the appt and we received her results within the hour of even having the appt. It was very easy, all of the providers were amazing and informative from the nurse who took the swabs, the provider who took the virtual appt and the provider who called in with the results etc. Thank you all so very much for ALWAYS making things not only quick and easy but always giving me (the mom) a sense of calmness when events like 103.6 fever is happening. Thank you!!

The online doctor was great! The staff that were supposed to tend to my daughter in person were very disappointing. My daughter is afraid of the swabs and testing and the nurses had no patience or manners for us. They were rushing us while my daughter was very upset. They showed no compassion in words or actions for my sick 6 year old and we could not complete the testing. Very disappointed and I would not recommend this clinic anymore due to this incident.

Our virtual experience was phenomenal, curbside testing was easy and pleasant. We get home and I’m waiting for his results for TWO HOURS and nothing! I call the office and they can’t give me ANY information! They tell me to call the provider, I do that and I have to leave a voicemail and wait until MONDAY for a call back. I’m very angry and don’t understand why I can’t get MY CHILDS TEST RESULTS! I have the app, I’ve verified our information multiple times and the only thing I get from the app is “Visit is complete” … None of this makes any sense and it shouldn’t be this difficult to get results.
