The front desk girl needs to work on her communication skills I found her disrespectful and she’s the last person you would want to deal with when you have a sick child, it was a dehumanizing experience. I was told to say at the desk like I was a child because I needed to sign a release form. After I signed the form I was still standing there because I thought she needed something from me. No communication from her. After standing for about five minutes I say  “do you need anything else from me? Is there a reason why I’m still standing here?” She says “No you can go sit down.” You don’t tell adults “you can go sit down” she lacks basic communication skills. I get up and down to the desk 3 times to finish my check in. I haven’t been to this clinic in a while and the lobby floors were dirty. The care with the providers was fine and timely. Our appointment is over and I need a doctor’s note and a receipt, she didn’t know how to do this either and goes to the back to ask a question. Meanwhile we stop for a restroom break and still waited an additional 10+ minutes for a school/work note. I again go up to the desk and ask what’s taking so long for my doctor’s note? Someone from the back come up there with my note. I leave and go to the pharmacy and they didn’t send my child’s prescription! I call the office and of course no answer. I go back to the office and luckily was able to have the prescription sent to another pharmacy, totally inconvenient. Dealing with a sick child then having to fight for standard care is ridiculous.

Very convenient, same day scheduling, online check in etc. the waiting room was practically empty which is great for not spreading the gift that keeps on giving. The front desk and intake nurse were very friendly and Dr. Driggers was amazing. Thank you for taking care of my boys!!

Have been going here for a couple years when it takes days sometimes to get my kids into their regular pediatrician. The ENTIRE staff is great. Have never had a bad experience. They are efficient, clean, friendly, everything you want when your kiddos are feeling bad. Highly recommended.

My daughter was suddenly pulling at her ears and I thought she may have an ear infection. Due to it being after 5pm on a Friday, and me wanting her to be seen as soon as possible, I checked the UCK website to see if there were any appointments available. The website said that the Arlington location had an appointment available at 6:40pm. I arrived at 6:30pm with the paperwork completed and checked in. My daughter and I finally left at 8:10pm after not being seen, and told that they had no idea when we would be seen.  I have been to the UCK Mansfield location many times and have never waited that long, even without an appointment. This location clearly did not have the bandwidth for a 6:40pm appointment, but I assume they didn’t want to turn down a chance to make a dollar. I will never be returning to this location of the UCK chain at all.

Nurses and NP were amazing, the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. It was so obvious even my children noticed her attitude and ugly demeanor.

My child has been sick for 3 days. I kept her home and tried home remedies (rest, extra fluids, etc.). She worsened today, and I brought her to urgent care when she started vomiting. We didn’t have an appointment. The front office staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t wait long to be called back. When called, the provider read my child’s vitals, looked in my child’s ears, and listened to her chest. She then told me, “she’s in daycare, and she probably has one of those viruses. Just pick one. It’s that time of year.” I wasn’t expecting antibiotics that she doesn’t need, but I would have appreciated some sort of guidance, recommendations, home remedies…something.
