We were directed by SMU HR to facility, they were supposed to handle charges, yet my SMU student daughter is still getting bills, when I inquire, typical healthcare impenetrable response. Please fix

Went to the drive-through Covid testing at SMU. Easy and fast results.

The tech came to my car quickly, and was friendly and professional. Explained everything. By the time I got back to my office (probably 5 minutes), I had my results.

The tech showed up about 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, and I was on time. She didn't apologize and wasn't especially friendly, even though it was very cold outside so I'd been running my motor. But that is the exception to what I've come to expect, and it's very easy. It would be nice if there were a phone number we could call when we get there, just so we know they're aware of our presence.

The staff was very friendly, the only thing that I had issue with was that I wasn't asked to identify or verify myself before getting the swab test. My concern was, knowing that there were others in 'line' I didn't want my test to be mishandled. Whethere there is a internal system that works, I did feel uncomfortable by not having to verify myself in-person before the swab. Other than that, it was good.

Drive in COVID Testing was made simple safe and accessible.

My experience with Urgent Care For Kids was pleasant and efficient. The staff members who interacted with me were helpful and professional.
