My kids are sick plus asthma nothing cough medication were prescribed only s inhaler that's not gonna help with their cough at all

Wait time was long but check in was relatively easy and simple to complete quickly. How ever I set an online appt because my Toddler had vomited 3 and diarrhea at least twice and she was very tired and she also had a mild fever. The doctor asked me was she dehydrated and I said I don’t think so.. she instructed to look inside her mouth and see if my daughters mouth was wet? I said yes.. She then asked is the saliva like sticky and stringy ? I replied yes! Then the doctor immediately instructed me to go to the emergency room. She asked me how long would it take me to get there and she called ahead to let them know I was on the way to make sure I took her there quickly. I appreciate that doctor knowing and using her professional experience as a nurse and discernment from working with mothers of kids who are not aware of all the tell tale signs of dehydration in a toddler. She saved my daughters life because my daughter had a blood sugar level of 59 and could have went into a diabetic coma if I wouldn’t have been properly diagnosed by the nurse practitioner. I truly thank every one involved for having this available for patients. Thank you. Yes I highly recommend this service

Daughter been coughing for 6 days and big change today indicating more serious infection. Provider was kind in taking history and evaluating her current needs. Thank you for the wonderful service!

My son was experiencing pain and was actively throwing up all morning long. Our provider was able to diagnose the spots on his face (blood vessels from throwing up) and got his medicine sent in right away. Less than 48 hours later and my son is doing amazing. Very thankful for these people and the staff who help. Couldn’t be happier with the service.
